We are strictly looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria.
- Marketing Diploma holders.
- Be willing to meet an enrolment target of a minimum number of 10 students a month
- Willing to earn Ksh 10,000 retainer pegged on the above target with a commission of Ksh 2000 per student above the target of 10 students per month who must pay a minimum of ksh. 5,000 on admission. We will give a facilitation fee of ksh 500 per enrolled student to cater for logistics.
- The candidate MUST have worked as a marketer in the past.

Our Mother company has a huge demand order from GERMANY for Kenyan nurses, ECD teachers and Electrical/Electronics Engineers at both degree and Diploma level. We are therefore looking for recruiters to enrol qualified candidates to study German both physical or online to attain the minimum qualification of B1 required for employment.
Responsibilities:
- Enrol Nurses, ECD teachers and Electrical/Electronic engineers for German classes..
- Evaluate and handle applicant’s requests, inquiries, and complaints and provide relevant solutions.
- Respond to the needs of the applicants and provide personalised services.
- Boost applicants’ loyalty by offering an excellent customer experience over the phone.
- Market and provide information on the College’s products and services and generate interest in the offer and also information on our international recruitment programme.
- Upsell and cross-sell the college courses.
- Identify and escalate priority issues and report them to the Management on a daily basis.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Record details of applicant’s interactions, e.g., comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to enrich the customer experience.
- Manage and update applicant’s database.
- Manage and follow up applicants leads for conversion.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing from an accredited and recognised institution.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in call centre marketing.
- Having worked in an academic institution will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent operational abilities.
