- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science/Data Engineer, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience directly working as a Data Engineer Customer Experience-centric and laser focused on finding solutions for demanding customers
- Proven experience in data engineering, including building, deploying and maintaining data pipelines using tools like Prefect/Airflow, containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably AWS (S3 Buckets).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, with a focus on data manipulation and automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, especially in troubleshooting data pipelines and optimizing data architecture.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights, technical concepts, and system performance clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team, contributing to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and effective model pipeline management.
