Job Title: Guards Control Room Staff – Keboguard Security Company Limited – April 2025
Keboguard Security Company Limited is seeking a professional Control Room Staff member to oversee guards’ rosters, schedules, and system monitoring. The role requires regular check-ins via radio and phone calls to all security personnel, ensuring active duty throughout their shifts. Ideal candidates must excel at multitasking, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage the roster/schedule for security guards across all sites.
Collect and compile attendance reports for security guards at all sites, submitting them via email or the designated WhatsApp group twice daily (morning and evening).
Issue warnings to security guards who violate working hours.
Conduct regular checks through radio and phone calls to ensure guards are active and alert during their shifts.
Deploy the mobile response team when needed in emergency situations.
Monitor CCTV feeds and report any suspicious activities to the Duty Security Officer.
Respond promptly to radio checks and maintain accurate communication records.
Keep a detailed record of incidents and report them to the Duty Security Officer.
Track and monitor vehicle and staff movements across all sites.
Issue field visit-related equipment to staff as directed by the Operations Manager.
Report any alarm activations immediately to the Duty Security Manager.
Identify areas for improvement in security operations and make recommendations.
Perform additional office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education: Form Four or Six certificate.
Completed training from National Service (JKT), Mgambo, or reserve army.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in security companies.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office programs (Computer literate).
Must possess a NIDA identification card.
Must have a residence introduction letter from the local government or village authority.
Must be at least 6 feet tall.
Age range: 25 to 40 years.
