About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ICT Specialist with comprehensive skills in front-end and back-end development, server management, domain name systems (DNS), and Internet of Things (IoT) programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing full-stack development projects, maintaining server infrastructure, and supporting smart technology integrations.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related ICT degree from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar ICT or software development role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize both front-end and back-end systems.
- Configure and maintain servers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Manage Domain Name Systems (DNS) and server-side networking configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement web and mobile applications.
- Design and implement IoT systems, integrating sensors, devices, and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and server issues.
- Document development processes and technical configurations.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Solid back-end experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of server administration (Linux/Windows), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- DNS setup and management, including domain configurations and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with IoT device programming using C/C++, Python, Node-RED, or platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32.
- Understanding of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, etc.) and data security practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.
