Mass Production Machinist (Tailor)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines (e.g., Overlock, Single needle, Double needle, Flatlock and button hole, ) for high-volume garment production.
- Read and follow stitching specifications, patterns, and work orders accurately.
- Assemble and sew garments with precision, ensuring consistent quality and speed.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary corrections.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in garment or apparel mass production is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and able to sit or stand for extended periods.
