We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing person to join our growing medical supplies company. Based in Kenya and covering East Africa, the successful candidate will promote and sell a wide range of high-quality medical equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients across Kenya and the wider EastAfrican region.
• Visit hospitals, clinics, labs, and private practices to promote products and services.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients (after internal training).
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing:
• Support the development and implementation of regional marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and medical events.
• Work with the team to develop promotional content and materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Client Support & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Provide after-sales support, collect feedback, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with local partners, resellers, and distributors in target markets.
Reporting & Coordination:
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM system.
• Submit regular reports and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally across East Africa.
• Fluency in English and Swahili; additional regional languages are a plus.
