We are currently seeking an experienced Picker for our busy dairy warehouse. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in warehouse picking to join our dynamic team. The Picker will be responsible for preparing daily orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and preparing daily orders as per customer requirements
- Utilizing electric vehicles, warehouse applications, and barcode scanning systems to fulfill orders efficiently
- Ensuring that products are properly stored, handled, and packed for delivery
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Adhering to safety and operational guidelines
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience as a picker in a busy warehouse environment
- Age range: 23-45 years
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience working with electric vehicles and warehouse systems (e.g., barcode scanning)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Additional Information:
- This position offers a base salary of KES 100,000 per month, with the potential to increase to KES 130,000-150,000 per month depending on overtime.
- 14 salaries will be provided per year, along with 1 month of paid vacation annually.
- Accommodation and 2 meals will be provided daily.
- We offer support for obtaining a work visa, with a processing time of approximately 3 months.
- A short-term loan can be provided to cover travel expenses.
