Typical Job Duties:
- Assist your Regional Sales and Marketing Coordinator to manage the Field Technicians in your region.
- Be Knowledgeable of seed regulations and ensure compliance.
- Conduct market research by analyzing the trends, customer needs and competitor’s strengths. Provide recommendations.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform on product development and improvements, and keep up to date on all current and potential customers.
- Be a Champion in Creation of demand for Company’s Products in your Region
- Promote Sales, and liaise with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator to make sure that all the orders you have collected have been supplied and payments have been made.
- Carry out field visits, and do a thorough after-sale service to ensure you understand the problems on the ground
- Assist the sales and marketing coordinator during Agricultural Shows or Trade fairs within your region
- Manage your time well, and do your weekly/monthly reports accurately
Supporting the Company on any other duties on and as – needed basis.
