    Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead generations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    2. Market Research: Conduct research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and selling opportunities.
    3. Product Demonstration/Technical support: Present and demonstrate our range of disinfectants and detergents to potential customers and showcase the product usage, application and effectiveness of detergents and disinfectants.
    4. Client Engagement: Set up meetings with potential clients, present product benefits, and address their concerns.
    5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients (hotels, hospitals, cleaning companies)
    6. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate deals, close sales, and handle objections professionally.
    7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
    8. Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track market trends, and share customer feedback with internal teams.
    9. Target Audience: Focus on industrial, institutional, and hospitality (I&I) market segments. 

    Skills and Qualifications

    1. Proven experience in sales of disinfectants, detergents, or institutional cleaning chemicals.
    2. Strong network in the institutional cleaning sector.
    3. Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of detergents, disinfectants, and related cleaning products, including their applications and benefits.
    4. Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the I&I market or in the cleaning or chemical industry or related industries. 
    5. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    6. Ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and articulate product advantages over competitors.
    7. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
    8. A diploma in business or a related field is preferred. 
    9. Willingness to travel

    Location: Nairobi, Nakuru and its environs, and the Mt. Kenya region
