Conduct in-depth analysis of overseas e-commerce user behavior, cultural preferences, and pain points across regions such as North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East; develop detailed user personas and scenario-based experience strategies. Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of overseas e-commerce user behavior, cultural preferences, and pain points across regions such as North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East; develop detailed user personas and scenario-based experience strategies.  

2. Continuously optimize product experiences to improve conversion and retention through user research, competitive analysis, A/B testing, and other methods.  

3. Lead the interaction and visual design of international e-commerce platforms (Web/App), delivering high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and documentation that meet global standards.  

4. Stay up to date with global design trends and ensure appropriate localization (language, payment methods, cultural norms) while maintaining consistency in user experience across markets.  

5. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure efficient implementation of design solutions aligned with user experience and business goals.  

6. Proactively identify business needs, propose innovative design solutions, and drive implementation and validation.

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of experience in UX or interaction design; prior experience with cross-border e-commerce or global products is highly preferred.  

2. Diploma’s degree or above in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.  

3. Global mindset: Familiar with diverse regional user behaviors and capable of designing for cultural nuances (e.g., RTL language support, localized payment flows).  

4. Strong professional skills: Proficient in the full UX process including research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing. Skilled in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.  

5. Business acumen: Solid understanding of e-commerce operations (e.g., cart flows, recommendation systems, promotional logic), and ability to connect UX strategies with business metrics like GMV and CTR.

Bonus Points

- Experience working or studying abroad; English as a working language is must.  

-Familiarity with international design guidelines (e.g., Material Design, Apple HIG) and accessibility standards.  

- Experience in user growth strategy or data analytics (e.g., behavioral tracking, funnel analysis).

- Proactive & self-driven: Able to independently lead design projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.  

- Strong communicator: Capable of clearly articulating design rationale and balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
