Key Responsibilities:
Profit & Loss for the site. Covering all products and clients offer at this site
Responsible for warehousing and middle mile transportation
New and existing customer management
Contract management
Site performance (cost/utilization)
Continuous improvement & optimization of assets
Execution of WND strategy for site in alignment with Operations Manager
Site implementation
Growth targets
Expand business footprint while ensuring profitable growth
Operational excellence
Drive continuous improvement and process standardization
Drive HSSE compliance
Manage subcontractors needs and use at the site
Drive compliance with regulatory requirement
Operating the site in line with security / IT standards
General Site management
Drive adherence to governance framework
People
Develop skills matrix and facilitate execution of training plan
Excellent People Management and client relationship
Good Leadership Skills
Create safe workspace for employees
Requirements
B.SC or HND in management related course or Supply Chain management
5+ years of experience in Logistics mainly in warehousing and Distribution, with strong knowledge and expertise on developing and handling warehousing and distribution activities
Strong knowledge of transport & warehouse management systems.
Customer Service Experience, with a strong customer centricity mindset
Experienced in managing high performing and engaging teams.
Proficient in MS Office Application – excel, power point, word
