Responsibilities
• Supervise Security Guards at assignments and ensure they report on duty promptly, are well groomed and kitted.
• Attend and resolve all customer complaints regarding the guards and escalate any unresolved issue to the line manager.
• Preparing Security Guards duty roster and ensure that it’s implemented without hitches.
• Visits all the assignments on a daily basis and record his finding in a supervision book for the attention of the line manager.
• Replacement of sick and absents guards within 1 hour after this is reported.
• Training of guards on the Job to ensure that they are proactive and they well understand the assignment instructions
• Monitor guards discipline and character and any issues noted communicated to the line manager immediately for action.
• Ensure that there is general care of customer and Company equipment
• Ensure that customer invoices are delivered promptly and cheques collected from the customers.
• Do monthly security audits in all the sites in his area of supervision.
• Note and report any weakness noted in the assignments either directly to the customer or through your line manager.
Requirements
• Must have a Driving License stamped with riding class and should have more than 3years of continuous riding within Nairobi.
• The individual MUST have more than 5 years’ experience in private security company, be proactive and of very high integrity standing.
• Should have a certificate of good Conduct
• Must have at least a certificate in Business or security studies.
• Must be above 25 years.
• Computer literate
