- Conduct accurate and efficient sales transactions.
- Engage customers effectively via phone and digital communication platforms.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Provide knowledgeable and persuasive product recommendations.
- Support inventory management and stock control processes.
- Collaborate actively with colleagues to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Commitment to honesty, hard work, and personal excellence.
- A demonstrated passion for personal development; must regularly read personal growth books.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
- Previous experience or familiarity with digital marketing is strongly preferred.

Compensation: Base salary with an attractive commission structure.
