We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team in various positions i.e Human Resource Assistant, IT Assistant and Customer Success(Collections).

1. HR Assistant:

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. This role will offer a variety of HR-related tasks, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and contribute to the success of our HR department.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

-Help with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.

-Support HR manager with employee relations issues, such as addressing employee concerns and conducting surveys.

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

-Organize and maintain employee files and documentation.

-Process payroll and track attendance and leave requests.

-Prepare reports related to HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, etc.

-Assist in employee training and development programs.

-Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing HR-related documents, and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

-Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

-Proficiency in MS Office and Google services.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. IT Assistant:

We are looking for a skilled IT Assistant  to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist with the configuration of new hardware and software installations for employees.

-Respond to and prioritize IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, printers, software applications, and more.

-Monitor system performance and perform regular system updates and backups.

-Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

-Collaborate with other departments to improve IT processes and systems.

-Document and maintain knowledge of IT troubleshooting procedures and solutions.

-Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols are being followed.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

-Proven experience as an IT Assistant or similar role.

-Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome) and software applications.

-Familiarity with network configurations, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.

-Experience with hardware and software installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Strong communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users.

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

-IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA  A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions(MCS)) are a plus.

3. Customer Success(Collections)We are looking for dedicated and results-driven Candidates to join our growing collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering all and overdue payments from clients while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. You will work closely with customers to negotiate repayment plans, resolve issues, and ensure that accounts are brought up to date.

Job Responsibilities:-Negotiate payment schedules with clients while ensuring timely recovery of debts.-Keep accurate records of collection activities, payment arrangements, and client interactions.-Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and working towards mutually beneficial solutions.-Identify accounts that require further escalation and work closely with management on next steps.-Collaborate with the broader collections team to develop effective strategies for improving recovery rates.

Qualifications:-At least a Diploma graduate In Business Management /administration /communications /marketing or equivalent (Carry your academic certificates to the interview). -Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.-Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.-A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.-Computer literacy- Microsoft office tools, Google services Apps and technology.

We offer a starting renumeration package of 27,000Kes- 35,000Kes depending on your job skils and interview result.
