• Degree/Diploma Certificate Holder.
• Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.

• Ability to develop & deploy sales & marketing strategies
• Ability to Balance adaptability and consistency
• Team management skills
• 2 years’ experience in auto logbook financing as a sale’s consultant/ team leader role will be an added advantage.
KPI’s
• Recruit, train & retain a sales team
• Proactive in collaboration planning in sales
• Meet both individual & team monthly/quarterly sales & portfolio targets
• Grow & maintain a performing loan portfolio for both individual & team
• Ability to generate & circulate team reports
• Customer experience/service
• Act as a liaison between the team and management
